Overview 

As a Customer Success Manager, you will advise finance professionals, customize their platform, and train them on product updates. This role is 100% remote within the UK (no sponsorship or relocation).

What You’ll Do

  • Understand client situations and simplify financial models and data.
  • Provide business analysis and advise on budgeting, forecasting, planning, modeling, and reporting.
  • Manage, interpret, and validate customer data to improve quality and outcomes.
  • Recommend process improvements to optimize financial workflows.
  • Build long-term relationships with CFOs, VPs, and Directors of Finance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in customer success, consulting, or similar client-facing role plus a finance/accounting background.
  • Strong knowledge of advanced Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex models).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with upselling and renewals.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
