Overview

T.O.N Corporate Services is seeking an experienced Customer Success Specialist to act as a strategic point of contact for assigned customers. The role focuses on aligning customer business objectives with managed security services while driving adoption, value realization, retention, and growth across the MSSP portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary trusted advisor, aligning security services with customer business, risk, and compliance objectives
  • Lead customer onboarding and enablement to ensure rapid adoption of MSSP offerings
  • Deliver executive-level service reviews, presenting performance metrics, security insights, risk posture, and actionable recommendations
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion
  • Collaborate with SOC, engineering teams, and OEM partners to resolve issues and improve service delivery
  • Manage and escalate critical customer issues with urgency and clear communication until resolution
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support renewals in collaboration with sales and account management
  • Contribute to customer success processes, playbooks, and operating frameworks
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices
  • Drive customer advocacy through testimonials, references, and case studies
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends and evolving customer needs

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or Service Delivery within cybersecurity, MSSP, IT services, or SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of managed security services and cybersecurity concepts including SOC operations, SIEM, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance
  • Proven experience engaging senior stakeholders and presenting at executive level
  • Ability to manage complex customer relationships and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical, sales, and operations teams
