Job Overview

As a Customer Support Advisor in the Service Excellence department, you’ll be at the heart of D&G’s mission to keep customers’ worlds running smoothly. You’ll handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and deliver top-tier service with empathy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve a variety of customer issues with professionalism and care.
  • Build rapport and tailor your approach to individual customer needs.
  • Handle customer queries efficiently, aiming for first-time resolution.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Training & Work Setup

  • Remote role: Work from home with company-provided equipment.
  • Training: A 3-week online training programme to set you up for success.
  • Schedule: Shifts between Monday–Sunday, 8am–8pm.
  • Must have a reliable broadband connection.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong background in customer service (target-driven environment preferred).
  • Proven ability to work independently, ideally from home.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with resilience and multitasking ability.
