Customer Support Agent

Type: Full-time | Temporary | 35 hours/week (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)

As part of the Booking Hub team, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking help, often during challenging moments.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide frontline support via telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Handle enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
  • Book and coordinate appointments according to clinical requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records using systems such as Salesforce.
  • Recognise and escalate safeguarding or service concerns appropriately.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure service continuity and quality.
  • Support the Operations and Governance teams with sensitive matters where needed.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Calm, empathetic, and composed under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing confidential data.
  • A strong sense of accountability and service quality.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of mental health or healthcare environments.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Awareness of safeguarding and sensitive issue handling.
