About the Role
We are seeking one highly motivated and technically ambitious student for our inaugural 16-week, part-time Support Internship Program during the Spring 2026 academic semester.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to:
- Gain domain expertise in fintech and private markets
- Work on client-facing support tasks
- Deliver a tangible AI/Automation project that impacts team efficiency
Program Details:
- Duration: 16 Weeks (January 26 – May 15, 2026)
- Hours: Part-time, 20 hours/week
- Schedule: Flexible around academic commitments
- Location: Remote (hybrid optional for SF-Bay Area residents)

What You’ll Do
Part 1: Investor Support
- Foundational Training: Complete core support training, shadow senior team members, and receive mentorship
- Client Communication: Serve as first point of contact via phone and email
- Issue Resolution: Handle routine support tasks, e.g., portal logins, tax document access, ensuring high client satisfaction
Part 2: AI Project
- AI/Automation Delivery: Identify, scope, develop, and deploy a high-value AI solution for the Support Team
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to enhance project impact
- Presentation: Deliver final project, documentation, and impact to department leadership
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, graduating Summer 2026, or a 2025 graduate
- Available to work 20 hours/week during Spring 2026 semester
- Preferred Majors: Information Systems, Business Analytics, Operations Management, or Business/Product focus
- Experience with Prompt Engineering for LLMs (Gemini/GPT)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with LLMs and strong logical thinking for process mapping
- Able to manage routine tasks alongside an independent project
Preferred Skills: Google Apps Script, Python, SQL, Google AI Studio, Vertex AI Agent Builder
Compensation
- Hourly rate: $25/hour
