What We Do
Ultramed’s secure digital platform allows patients to share their health information safely with healthcare teams.
It helps plan operations and procedures, reduces unnecessary appointments, improves patient safety, and increases efficiency for healthcare providers.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day support to patients via phone, email, and LiveChat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or access issues.
- Adapt communication styles to meet user needs.
- Contribute to weekly support meetings and collaborative projects.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Represent Ultramed professionally at all times.
Requirements
Essential:
- A-Level education or equivalent experience.
- Excellent IT, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Initiative-driven and able to problem-solve effectively.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- UK tax residency.
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare or customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar platforms.
