Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. You will work alongside colleagues, Support Managers, and Company Directors to deliver the best possible customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve support tickets on WHMCS.
  • Manage and resolve live chat enquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer support at all times.
  • Assist and encourage users during a purchase via the website or phone.
  • Answer phone calls using VOIP software.

Requirements

  • Basic experience or knowledge in Hosting Solutions and Customer Support.
  • Friendly, optimistic, and helpful attitude.
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and remain open-minded.
  • Good grammar and basic mathematical skills.

Helpful Attributes

  • Previous experience in customer service with a brand or company.
  • Familiarity with the following tools and platforms:
    • Social Media: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
    • E-Commerce: WHMCS, ticketing systems, live-chat products.
    • Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook (Hotmail), Teams.
    • Live Chat Platforms: Tidio, Crisp.Chat, ChatSupport, or similar.
