Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. You will work alongside colleagues, Support Managers, and Company Directors to deliver the best possible customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve support tickets on WHMCS.
- Manage and resolve live chat enquiries.
- Provide excellent customer support at all times.
- Assist and encourage users during a purchase via the website or phone.
- Answer phone calls using VOIP software.
Requirements
- Basic experience or knowledge in Hosting Solutions and Customer Support.
- Friendly, optimistic, and helpful attitude.
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and remain open-minded.
- Good grammar and basic mathematical skills.
Helpful Attributes
- Previous experience in customer service with a brand or company.
- Familiarity with the following tools and platforms:
- Social Media: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
- E-Commerce: WHMCS, ticketing systems, live-chat products.
- Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook (Hotmail), Teams.
- Live Chat Platforms: Tidio, Crisp.Chat, ChatSupport, or similar.
