Overview
Fullbay is seeking a Customer Support Representative to handle incoming customer inquiries, provide product and service information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires someone who is proactive, communicative, and dedicated to creating outstanding customer experiences.
Important: Only respond to emails from the @fullbay.com domain. Be cautious of phishing attempts and report suspicious communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming calls following Fullbay policies and procedures
- Generate sales leads while engaging customers to identify their needs
- Build strong, sustainable relationships with customer accounts
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using appropriate resources
- Resolve complaints efficiently and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot issues and investigate unresolved problems
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account information
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years in customer support, client service, or a related role
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong computer skills (MS Office & Google Suite)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Customer service oriented with empathy and patience
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry
Physical Requirements
- Regularly sit at a desk and use hands for keyboard/mouse operations
- Lift/move up to 10 pounds occasionally
- Frequent speaking, listening, and reaching
- Vision abilities: close vision, color vision, focus adjustment
- Noise level: moderate
