About the Role

Hostonic Hosting is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. You’ll work alongside colleagues, Support Managers, and Directors to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure smooth communication with clients.

This role is perfect for someone with a friendly and helpful attitude who enjoys assisting others and is eager to grow within the hosting industry.

 Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve support tickets via WHMCS.
  • Handle live chat enquiries and provide real-time assistance.
  • Deliver excellent customer support across all channels.
  • Assist customers during purchases (online or over the phone).
  • Answer calls using VOIP software.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge or experience in hosting solutions and customer support.
  • Strong communication skills with good grammar.
  • Positive, friendly, and optimistic attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and ask questions when needed.
  • Basic mathematical skills.

Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with:
    • Social Media: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
    • E-Commerce: WHMCS, ticketing, and live chat products.
    • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
    • Live Chat Tools: Tidio, Crisp.Chat, ChatSupport, or similar.
    • VOIP Software: Circleloop, RingCentral, eReceptionist, etc.
