We’re looking for a Data Analyst to support this transformation and help shape the future of a new digital platform. You’ll work alongside a forward-thinking data & marketing team, turning insights into smarter decisions, targeted campaigns, and long-term growth.

The business has split from legacy operations and is building a modern, digital-first platform. Customer experience, automation, and data intelligence sit at the centre of everything. This is a unique chance to be part of a full business transformation project where your analysis will influence product, marketing, operations and more.
What You’ll Do
- Analyse customer data to uncover trends, retention drivers and segments
- Partner with marketing to deliver data-driven campaigns
- Build dashboards and visualisations (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase)
- Support forecasting, retention, and growth initiatives
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, data science and leadership
- Ensure data quality and trustworthiness through cleaning and validation
We’re Looking For Someone Who…
- Has a numerical/analytical degree (or equivalent experience)
- Understands SQL for data extraction
- Can use (or is willing to learn) Python for data exploration and modelling
- Is naturally curious and able to translate insights into business actions
- Has SaaS/marketplace experience (a bonus, not essential)
- Thrives in a remote, flexible environment
The Offer
- £35,000 – £50,000 DOE + Python capability
- Fully remote (UK-based, travel costs covered)
- Flexible working – core meetings Monday and Friday
