Overview
We’re looking for two Data Analysts to join the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS). You’ll play a key role in analysing data to enhance customer understanding, improve operational efficiency, and deliver insight that drives service excellence.
You’ll have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience leveraging data-driven insights to influence performance across a customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop data collection systems ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Conduct analysis of large datasets to identify trends and insights
- Build and manage dashboards for data visualisation
- Produce insight reports and present findings to non-technical audiences
- Collaborate across departments to share data-driven recommendations
Essential Skills
- SQL, Excel, Power BI proficiency
- Data visualisation and reporting skills
- Strong communication and analytical thinking
Desirable Skills
- Python or R
- Experience in pensions or customer operations
