About the Role
Randstad Technologies is seeking an experienced Data Analyst (8+ years) to join a Global Customer Success Data Science Team for a leading financial software company.
This 10-month contract focuses on building strong data foundations and delivering actionable insights across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the foundation: Improve data pipelines, ensure data integrity, and define key metrics for global operations.
- Automate and visualize: Develop scalable dashboards (Tableau/Qlik) to monitor KPIs like tNPS, AHT, and repeat contacts.
- Influence strategy: Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover root causes, optimize operations, and shape customer success strategies.
- Experiment: Support A/B testing and digital experience evaluations by analyzing performance data.
About You
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Data Analytics or Data Science.
- Advanced skills in SQL and dashboarding tools (Tableau or Qlik).
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, and ETL frameworks.
- Experience with Python or R preferred.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills with a data-driven mindset.

- Rate: £275 – £277 per day (Umbrella)
