About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-focused Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. You will help transform data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Extract, transform, and present data from our data lake and marts to support business performance.
  • Create visually engaging reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Monitor data quality and identify anomalies across business units.
  • Support regular reporting cycles (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience in broker account management or business development, ideally within the London Market.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale broker accounts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems.
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Willingness to work towards professional qualifications (with SRG support).
