About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, detail-focused Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics team. You will help transform data into actionable insights that drive smarter business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and present data from our data lake and marts to support business performance.
- Create visually engaging reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Monitor data quality and identify anomalies across business units.
- Support regular reporting cycles (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in broker account management or business development, ideally within the London Market.
- Strong understanding of wholesale broker accounts.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet KPIs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems.
- Commitment to maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Willingness to work towards professional qualifications (with SRG support).
