As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Data Analyst to transform operational, commercial, and performance data into actionable insights that drive better business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and organise large datasets from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Data Analysis: Apply advanced techniques to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decisions.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI within the MS Fabric framework.
- T-SQL & Python: Extract and manipulate data for analysis and reporting using T-SQL queries or Python scripts.
- Collaboration: Partner with senior analysts and departments to understand business needs and contribute to projects.
- Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain clear documentation and identify areas to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Attention to Detail & Critical Thinking: Ensure accuracy, ask the right questions, and derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excel Proficiency: Use advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and basic macros.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in data visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), T-SQL querying, or Python for data manipulation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet reporting deadlines.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and basic macros.
- Ideally experienced in an agile working environment.
