About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will shape how data drives business decisions at Danone UK&I by:
- Developing data products that support performance management and strategic decision-making
- Mining, extracting, and transforming data from Danone’s cloud datalake and other enterprise systems
- Building analytics solutions and visualizations to support commercial, operational, and sustainability objectives
- Supporting proof-of-concept (PoC) projects that demonstrate the value of data in digital, commercial, and financial domains
Key Responsibilities
- Design, monitor, and manage performance and data quality KPIs
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Snowflake, and Databricks
- Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and Python
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into analytical solutions
- Document data sources, provenance, and recommended usage
- Contribute to Danone’s sustainability and digital transformation initiatives
Required Skills & Expertise
- Advanced data visualization skills (Power BI/Tableau)
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake)
- Knowledge of data governance, quality management, and documentation
- Strong analytical reasoning, including predictive modeling, clustering, and classification
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a matrix organization
Experience: 2+ years developing data products that deliver measurable business value
