Overview
TeamBuilderz LLC is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our fully remote team. The successful candidate will collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support strategic decision-making and improve business performance. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern analytics tools in a collaborative, innovation-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Looker
- Perform ETL processes using Talend, SQL, Python, and Bash (Unix shell)
- Design and manage database structures using Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle
- Conduct business analysis to identify data-driven process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile and SDLC methodologies
- Manage analytics and reporting projects with proper documentation (Visio)
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling using R and VBA
- Maintain linked data connections for seamless integration across platforms
- Support analytic model development for strategic and operational decision-making
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in Tableau (Required)
- Strong background in Statistics (Required)
- Experience with Snowflake (Required)
- Advanced SQL and ETL knowledge
- Experience with Python, R, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
- Knowledge of database design principles
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and SDLC
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Master’s Degree (Required)
