The Role
We are seeking a motivated graduate Data Analyst to join our Martech team in a commercially focused role within a fast-growing scale-up. This role is critical in analysing marketing performance, owning the marketing attribution model, supporting business case development for new initiatives, and ensuring marketing investment delivers maximum revenue impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse data using tools such as Snowflake and Tableau to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Create reports, dashboards, and self-service performance metrics. Track KPIs to evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives.
Experimentation and Testing: Work with Brand, Performance, and CRM teams to design A/B testing methodologies. Provide guidance on experiment design and time to statistical significance. Build dashboards to monitor experiments in real time and summarise insights for stakeholders.
Marketing Attribution: Develop and maintain the marketing attribution framework. Consolidate data from all marketing channels into a unified view. Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering teams to implement tracking solutions and manage third-party analytics tools.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Graduate-level experience through internships or early-career roles, ideally in a scale-up environment. Strong data analysis and coding skills including SQL, Python, or R. Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Excel, Snowflake, Tableau, or Power BI. Commercial awareness with a strong focus on outcomes. Ability to work at pace and manage both planned and reactive priorities. Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership. Technical curiosity with an interest in AI and emerging tools. Confidence in using data to drive decisions and investigate performance issues. Alignment with company values and mission.
Location and Eligibility
Candidates must be based in the United Kingdom and able to work from the Hammersmith office five days per week. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
