About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract. This role is focused on supporting sustainable investment objectives by engaging with investors, developing data solutions, and ensuring the highest standards of data quality.
What You’ll Do
As part of our mission-driven team, you will:
- Partner with investors to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect, model, build, and support data products critical to investment processes.
- Collaborate with software developers and data engineers to deliver robust solutions.
- Respond to investor/user queries on model outputs, data sources, and methodologies.
- Continuously review and enhance models, metrics, and impact analysis.
- Develop processes and controls for data quality monitoring, anomaly detection, and reporting.
- Partner across teams to improve the firm’s data strategy and utilisation of data assets.
What We’re Looking For

- Coding skills (preferably SQL/Snowflake and Python) for data solutions.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI) desirable.

- An understanding of investment processes, portfolio construction, and related data challenges.
- An agile mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.
