Data Analyst – Asset Investment
Salary: £40,666 – £50,833 (depending on experience)
Bonus: Up to £1,000 annual incentive
Location: Bradford / Hybrid (1–2 days a week in Bradford office)
Contract Type: Permanent, 37 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

The Programme Management Office (PMO) plays a vital role in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
The Role
We are looking for a Lead Analyst to join our PMO team and support the delivery of our Capital Programme. You will provide accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and clear communication of opportunities and risks to ensure informed decision-making and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely Reporting & Data Provision: Deliver consistent, accurate, and timely information through monthly reporting on the Capital Programme.
- Performance Analysis: Analyse financial and non-financial performance data to inform investment decisions.
- Risk & Opportunity Communication: Provide detailed data to maintain visibility of opportunities and risks across all sub-programmes.
- Regulatory Reporting: Support OFWAT reporting requirements on programme performance, expenditure, and commitments.
Skills & Experience Required
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with analytical tools such as Power BI
- Highly numerate and detail-oriented with a focus on accurate data
- Strong communication skills – able to explain complex issues clearly
- Effective organisational and time management skills
- Team player with strong relationship-building skills
- Experience in compiling, interpreting, and presenting data
Desirable:
- Experience working in the water industry or a regulated environment
- Experience using SAP
