Overview

We are recruiting a Graduate Data Analyst to join Just, a fast-growing, purpose-led organisation helping people enjoy a better later life. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver insightful data products that support investment, sustainability, and regulatory reporting.

You will help design, develop, deploy, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions while building a deep understanding of business processes and source systems. You’ll also play a key role in promoting best practice and strengthening data culture across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop data products, dashboards, and reports
  • Gather and translate business requirements into data solutions
  • Work with SQL Server, Azure Data Platform, Purview, and metadata tools
  • Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation
  • Support financial data warehousing operational processes
  • Perform quality assurance, peer reviews, and testing
  • Act as 2nd/3rd line support for data-related service desk requests
  • Engage stakeholders to drive data adoption and maturity

What We’re Looking For

  • Understanding of business processes and metadata management
  • Experience or exposure to Azure, Microsoft SQL Server, and data modelling
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Curiosity, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset
