Job Overview
Apex is seeking an experienced Data Analyst III to join its London team.
In this role, you will collect, analyse, and interpret complex datasets to generate actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop data models, perform statistical analysis, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain data models and reporting systems
- Analyse trends and patterns in complex data sets
- Conduct predictive modelling and advanced statistical analysis
- Build dashboards and visualisations (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Define KPIs and business performance metrics
- Ensure data governance, quality, and compliance
- Work with data engineers to integrate data into Snowflake
- Follow software development best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar
- 8+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst
- Strong SQL expertise
- Experience working with Snowflake
- Advanced statistical and predictive analytics skills
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing and governance
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Python or R programming skills
- Proven experience leading data-driven initiatives
