Overview
As a Data Analyst Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with real enterprise data and cross-functional systems. Your work will directly support Customer Data Integrity, ensuring accurate, consistent, and reliable customer data across multiple platforms that power our Sales organization.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build real-world data experience while contributing meaningful, high-impact work.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen external customer attributes such as company size, industry classification, and financial indicators
- Validate and align internal data including JDE parent codes, AE ownership, SME teams, and customer hierarchies
- Build on existing data initiatives to maximize value and avoid duplication
- Support cross-system data integration ahead of a new request management tool
- Document and enhance integrations between HubSpot, D365, ServiceNow, and Vartopia
- Assist with campaign alignment between HubSpot and D365 and explore automation opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong business acumen with a curiosity-driven mindset
- Highly detail-oriented and metrics-focused
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, SQL, and other data tools
- Comfortable working independently on data-intensive projects
- Enjoys research and problem-solving
- Currently enrolled as a post-secondary student
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model
