About the Role

Kick-start your analyst career with one of the world’s leading hospitality groups. As a Franchise Operations & Data Analyst Intern, you’ll work directly with senior leadership including the COO of Franchise Operations, turning operational and financial data into strategic insights that drive real business decisions.

This is not just a reporting role — your analysis will influence executive-level strategy across Europe and North Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Track operational projects and monitor performance
  • Maintain KPI dashboards
  • Support cross-functional initiatives
  • Prepare stakeholder communication materials

Business Analysis & Data Management

  • Analyse operational & financial KPIs (openings, rebranding, P&L performance)
  • Extract and clean CRM/internal data
  • Identify inconsistencies and recommend corrective actions
  • Build clear, non-technical reports
  • Support data integration & process optimisation

Executive Reporting

  • Build executive-ready PowerPoint decks
  • Present operational insights visually and strategically
  • Support portfolio performance communications

What They’re Looking For

Education

  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel (complex formulas, modelling, dynamic tables)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Understanding of P&L statements and operational KPIs

Personal Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proactive and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently

Experience (Preferred)

  • Previous internship in data, finance, operations, or analytics
  • Experience with dashboards or financial datasets
