Job Description
NEA is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Insights and Impact team on a full-time basis (37 hours/week), or part-time via a Job Share arrangement. Hybrid/remote working is available depending on your proximity to a NEA office.
You will support NEA by harnessing the power of data analysis and visualisation to:
- Understand and evidence the needs of fuel-poor households
- Develop data insights to inform management, service delivery, advocacy, policy campaigns, fundraising, and partnerships
- Communicate complex data effectively to diverse audiences
- Help embed a ‘data-driven culture’ across the charity
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and visualise data to support charitable objectives
- Provide actionable insights for policy, advocacy, and service delivery
- Translate complex datasets into accessible information for stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in a data analyst role
- Relevant qualification in data analytics or related field
- Proficiency with data visualisation tools and programming languages for data analysis
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of NEA’s mission and commitment to ending fuel poverty
