Salary: £47,500 (depending on experience)
Overview
Join BAE Systems as a Data & Analytics – Alteryx Support Specialist, where you’ll provide expert support and technical leadership across the Alteryx product suite. You’ll help deliver value through best practices, drive product adoption, and ensure service excellence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support across the Alteryx product suite, ensuring best practices are implemented.
- Manage internal and external suppliers to meet service levels and performance standards.
- Oversee Alteryx service activities — administration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Lead Alteryx product upgrades, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with system requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and IT teams to optimise service performance.
- Support knowledge transfer to internal teams to enhance in-house Alteryx capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of the Alteryx product suite, especially Designer (Server experience is a plus).
- Proven experience in a data-driven environment.
- Ability to identify best practices and provide constructive feedback.
Desirable Skills
- Experience working in a service-focused environment.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Atlassian JIRA, and ITIL frameworks.
- Experience with Windows OS environments.
