Job Description Summary
GE Vernova is offering a Digital Technology internship focusing on Data Analytics within the Gas Power Analytics & Digital Engineering team in Rugby.
This internship provides the opportunity to work on automation and optimization of engineering design processes, with a strong focus on data management, anomaly detection, and data visualization.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature searches on anomaly detection techniques.
- Review and develop methods to improve data management and visualization.
- Collaborate with team members and academic partners to create tools and processes.
- Apply methods to engineering projects and provide analytical support.
Requirements
- Post-graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong experience in developing Data Analytics models.
- Knowledge of Anomaly Detection techniques.
- Python programming proficiency.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
- Must have an existing permit to work in the UK.

- Location: Rugby, Warwickshire (with remote working options)
- Hours: 37.5 per week
