The Role
We are seeking a highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This remote position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can manage data accurately and efficiently while maintaining confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update data from multiple sources into company databases
- Review data for accuracy, completeness, and discrepancies
- Correct or escalate errors as necessary
- Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all data processed
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus)
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Fast and accurate typing skills (60+ WPM preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and database systems
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Flexible availability (may include evenings or weekends)
