About the Role
Behavioral Health Revenue Cycle Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist to support professional behavioral health revenue cycle operations. This role focuses on accurate and timely data entry within behavioral health EHR systems and supports claims management and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and manage data in EHR systems including CareLogic, myEvolv, and Meditech
- Review and analyze claims with credit balances and recommend appropriate actions
- Perform claim adjustments and process approved write-offs
- Review denials (including timely filing issues) and document for write-off approval
- Execute bulk claim actions as assigned by claims specialists
- Manage secondary claims following primary payer satisfaction
- Conduct quality assurance checks on completed work
- Communicate effectively via email and Google Chat in a remote environment
- Perform other related duties as required
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of data entry experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience with CareLogic EHR (Essential)
- Familiarity with Meditech systems
- Experience with outpatient Behavioral Health insurance coverage
- Ability to manage complex claim scenarios with accuracy and efficiency
- Experience working remotely is highly valued
Preferred Experience
- Massachusetts Medicaid products
- Revenue cycle or behavioral health claims processing
- Quality assurance and bulk claim handling
