Job Description

This is a 100% remote, entry-level role ideal for someone ready to take ownership of the accounts receivable process and ensure precise financial data. You’ll support key accounting functions by handling transactions, verifying data, and contributing to operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Process invoices and enter payments in QuickBooks Desktop and ServiceTitan
Maintain data accuracy across Excel, ServiceTitan, and accounting systems
Validate data entries, reconcile job costing, and track payroll/commissions
Support accounts receivable tasks to ensure accurate financial records
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve PO, job, or invoice discrepancies

Job Requirements

Proficiency with ServiceTitan, QuickBooks Desktop, and Microsoft Excel
Understanding of invoice processing, payment posting, and payroll/commission calculations
Excellent attention to detail in data entry, validation, and job costing
Solid grasp of basic accounting principles

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AR/AP within HVAC, plumbing, or home services
Familiarity with purchase orders and job costing workflows in the trades
