Overview
Pontoon is seeking a Data Innovation Business Analyst for a dynamic, fast-paced role in data-driven innovation. You’ll work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver rapid proof of concepts (POCs) and drive meaningful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and manage multiple POCs from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and other experts.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead partner selection and RFP preparation.
- Stay updated on the latest data-driven technologies and trends.
Requirements / Skills
- Experience scoping complex business challenges into testable hypotheses.
- Curiosity and understanding of data, AI, and next-generation technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Passion for storytelling and content creation (video/graphic design).
- Hands-on experience delivering innovation and rapid prototypes.
- Strategic, action-oriented mindset with a bias for execution.
