Overview
As a Data Management Analyst, you will use specialist data knowledge and analytical techniques to identify, investigate, and fix data issues while delivering business requirements. You will be recognized for your technical expertise and support good data management practices. You will build trusted relationships with colleagues and stakeholders and have the opportunity to grow professionally while supporting a team of Data Coordinators where relevant.
Flexible Working:
This is a hybrid role with time split between working from home and London or Bracknell Head Office. Occasional visits to other locations may be required.
Salary: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Fixed term until March 2027
Key Responsibilities

- Support the delivery of the Partnership’s goals and data strategy through high-quality, usable data.
- Conduct data or business analysis to generate insight-led recommendations that inform decision making.
- Manage end-to-end quality processes and identify opportunities to improve data management.
- Identify, analyze, and document new business requirements for data processes and systems.
- Represent the Data Management profession on key projects requiring data expertise.
- Provide analysis and interpretation of data for strategic projects and operational activities.
- Define and report on data quality metrics, tracking governance and resolutions.
- Manage relationships with 3rd-party data service providers.
- Communicate complex data in a clear, accessible way to stakeholders.
- Where relevant, lead small teams of Data Coordinators and support their development.
Essential Skills / Experience
- Data and/or business analysis skills
- Data management experience
- Experience working with databases and large datasets
- Experience of data processes within a commercial organization
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Stakeholder management skills
Desirable Skills / Experience
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, R
- Governance and process development experience
- Experience with data quality measurement and management
- People and/or assignment management experience
- Retail industry experience
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
