About the Role
Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operations and the largest Business Aircraft OEM Service Centre in the UK. The facility supports maintenance, modifications, and upgrades for operators in the UK and beyond.
We are looking for a Data Management Intern to support aircraft maintenance scheduling, reporting, and data integrity initiatives within our growing maintenance team.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate maintenance scheduling data from various sources.
- Maintain and update aircraft maintenance schedules in internal systems.
- Track maintenance milestones and identify scheduling conflicts or delays.
- Support integration of data from maintenance systems into scheduling tools.
- Prepare dashboards and performance reports on turnaround time and resource utilization.
- Contribute to the development and testing of automated tools or scripts for data processing.
- Prepare compliance reports and maintain audit documentation.
- Collaborate with IT and data teams to resolve data access or integrity issues.
- Follow data privacy and security protocols in line with company and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work on-site, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).
- Interest in aviation or aircraft maintenance is desirable but not essential.
