About the Role
As a Data Operations Support Analyst, you will support critical data operations functions within the Data Operations Team. You’ll use your SQL expertise and knowledge of relational databases and CRM systems to ensure ETL/ELT processes operate effectively and that campaign data selections are delivered reliably and accurately.
You’ll also work closely with colleagues in Data Operations, Fundraising, and Data Engineering to ensure robust, automated data processes that support the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor operational data flows across the organisation.
- Deliver accurate campaign selections and data services to Fundraising and other teams.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain robust, automated ETL processes.
- Ensure business-critical processes are fully supported with appropriate cover.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, helping design and refine data flows.
- Ingest and process data using the most appropriate tools.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience working with CRM data, data flows, and ETL processes.
- Proven experience delivering data selections for marketing or communications.
- Strong SQL skills (2+ years), ideally in a CRM/marketing environment.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to clearly explain complex data concepts.
