What You’ll Learn

  • Data Protection: e.g. sharing/processing agreements, asset management
  • Data Requests: Subject Access & FOI requests
  • Data Breaches: Investigating confidentiality, integrity, availability breaches
  • Data Security: NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit

 Responsibilities

  • Process and coordinate Freedom of Information and Subject Access requests
  • Support investigation and management of data breaches
  • Provide guidance on data sharing/processing agreements
  • Contribute to data protection risk assessments
  • Maintain high standards in data handling and redaction

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • A-Level / Level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Understanding of UK GDPR, Data Protection Act, FOIA
  • Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
  • Agile and flexible working approach (remote and onsite as needed)

Desirable:

  • NHS experience or knowledge
  • Data Protection-related qualifications
