What You’ll Learn
- Data Protection: e.g. sharing/processing agreements, asset management
- Data Requests: Subject Access & FOI requests
- Data Breaches: Investigating confidentiality, integrity, availability breaches
- Data Security: NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit
Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate Freedom of Information and Subject Access requests
- Support investigation and management of data breaches
- Provide guidance on data sharing/processing agreements
- Contribute to data protection risk assessments
- Maintain high standards in data handling and redaction
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- A-Level / Level 3 or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Understanding of UK GDPR, Data Protection Act, FOIA
- Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
- Agile and flexible working approach (remote and onsite as needed)
Desirable:
- NHS experience or knowledge
- Data Protection-related qualifications
