Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy analytics solutions using Databricks and Azure
  • Apply advanced techniques such as NLP, RAG, and machine learning to regulatory datasets
  • Lead agile delivery processes, guide CI/CD and DevOps practices
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant data solutions
  • Maintain high standards for data quality, security, and compliance

Requirements

Essential Skills

  • Expertise in Databricks and Microsoft Azure (including Azure Data Factory)
  • Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL
  • Experience deploying machine learning models in production
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with RegTech/SupTech tools or supervisory analytics
  • Knowledge of agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and sprint management
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
  • Interest in financial markets and continuous professional development
