Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy analytics solutions using Databricks and Azure
- Apply advanced techniques such as NLP, RAG, and machine learning to regulatory datasets
- Lead agile delivery processes, guide CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to deliver scalable, compliant data solutions
- Maintain high standards for data quality, security, and compliance
Requirements
Essential Skills
- Expertise in Databricks and Microsoft Azure (including Azure Data Factory)
- Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL
- Experience deploying machine learning models in production
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Desirable Skills
- Experience with RegTech/SupTech tools or supervisory analytics
- Knowledge of agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, and sprint management
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
- Interest in financial markets and continuous professional development
