About the Role
Are you looking to begin your career in a fast-paced and exciting office environment? SW Global is seeking a motivated apprentice to join their growing and successful team. The company has a strong track record of supporting apprentices, with many progressing into permanent roles across various departments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on payroll experience while earning a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a super user of Sage, Evertime Payroll, and Paycircle systems
- Process and maintain payroll data in line with organisational procedures
- Act as first point of contact for payroll enquiries via phone and email
- Manage payroll tickets and escalate where necessary
- Create and update payroll records using Word and Excel
- Use digital tools including Outlook and SharePoint to manage workflow
- Collaborate with internal teams to verify and process payroll information accurately

Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 3:45pm (Early finish every Friday)

Qualification & Support
This apprenticeship provides full support from a dedicated QA Skills Coach and workplace mentor.
On successful completion, you will gain a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6 alongside valuable workplace experience.
