Job Description
As a Digital Product Analyst within the Agentic AI Platform team, you will analyze AI product performance, user engagement, and market trends. You will use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for enhancement, prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI insights into product development. Your work will contribute to innovation, user experience improvements, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Product Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of AI product performance, user engagement, and market trends.
- Data-Driven Insights: Create and present actionable insights to support strategic planning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to integrate AI insights.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex findings in a clear, impactful manner to different audiences.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify process optimization opportunities and strategies for enhancing AI products.
- Advanced Tools: Use Python, R, Tableau, and other tools for data analysis and visualization.
- AI Model Evaluation: Partner with data scientists to assess and improve AI models.
- User Interaction Analysis: Study user behavior, gather feedback, and influence product development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, AI Product Analyst, or similar role in AI-driven products.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, and knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Proficiency in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis.
- Strong communication skills, adaptable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Up-to-date knowledge of AI developments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in large data set analysis and generating actionable insights.
- Experience with NLP, neural networks, and LLMs.
- Proven record in AI product development and optimization.
