About the Role

As a Digital Services Senior Project Manager, you will manage IT projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.

You will oversee multiple concurrent projects and work closely with internal teams, senior stakeholders, and external suppliers.

This is a leadership role within a small, professional project management team, where you will also help improve delivery practices and introduce innovative approaches to project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full project lifecycle from planning to implementation and handover
  • Lead multiple IT and digital transformation projects simultaneously
  • Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies where appropriate
  • Coordinate internal technical teams and third-party suppliers
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks
  • Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and communication
  • Ensure quality assurance and smooth transition to operational support
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project management standards

Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should demonstrate:

  • Significant end-to-end Project Management experience
  • Strong background delivering complex IT projects
  • Proven leadership in Agile and Waterfall environments
  • Experience managing internal teams and external vendors
