About the Role

Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to join the Digital Publishing Production Team within Learning Operations. You will help shape how digital learning products are built and delivered globally, acting as a bridge between technology and production teams while driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and platforms.

This role blends operations, technical communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence—from strategic planning through to delivery—across complex and fast-moving environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own, design, and continuously improve end-to-end digital publishing processes
  • Act as the primary escalation point for digital publishing queries
  • Contribute to digital production strategy across product types, platforms, and tools
  • Manage implementation of new technologies into live production environments
  • Support planning and delivery across a portfolio of projects
  • Use data and workflow analysis to drive scalable solutions

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Experience leading or contributing to digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
  • Ability to work across business and technology stakeholders
  • Experience applying Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong prioritisation and communication skills

Desirable

  • Experience in digital publishing, EdTech, or digital learning platforms
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders
