About the Role
Cambridge University Press & Assessment is seeking a Digital Transformation Manager to join the Digital Publishing Production Team within Learning Operations. You will help shape how digital learning products are built and delivered globally, acting as a bridge between technology and production teams while driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, and platforms.
This role blends operations, technical communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder influence—from strategic planning through to delivery—across complex and fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, design, and continuously improve end-to-end digital publishing processes
- Act as the primary escalation point for digital publishing queries
- Contribute to digital production strategy across product types, platforms, and tools
- Manage implementation of new technologies into live production environments
- Support planning and delivery across a portfolio of projects
- Use data and workflow analysis to drive scalable solutions
About You
Essential Requirements
- Experience leading or contributing to digital transformation or process improvement initiatives
- Ability to work across business and technology stakeholders
- Experience applying Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Strong prioritisation and communication skills
Desirable
- Experience in digital publishing, EdTech, or digital learning platforms
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders
