Domestic Assistant (University of Bath)

 Description

As a Domestic Assistant, you’ll play a key role in helping students transition to independent living by ensuring our accommodation spaces are clean, safe, and welcoming. This role is part of Campus Services and is eligible for the New Starter Bonus and Refer a Friend Bonus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning accommodation and communal areas
  • Reporting maintenance issues promptly
  • Following all health and safety guidelines
  • Engaging positively with students and visitors
    Schedule: 5 over 7 rota, including some weekend shifts, mainly during summer peak.
    Working Hours: Flexible — include preferences in your application.

About You

  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Enjoys working within a team
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional
  • Cleaning or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
