Overview
NTW Solutions is seeking a Domestic Assistant to join our Facilities team at Northgate Park, Morpeth.
You will play a vital role in keeping our buildings safe, clean, and welcoming for patients, staff, and visitors. This role is particularly rewarding, as you may work in community buildings alongside patients with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, or brain injuries.
Main Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of cleaning duties in patient areas, offices, consultation rooms, and public spaces.
- Dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, and general cleaning tasks.
- Work independently and follow daily task schedules.
- Adhere to COSHH regulations, infection prevention, and control measures.
- Complete quality checks, paperwork, and assist in cleaning audits.
- Demonstrate respect, compassion, and inclusion when working alongside patients and colleagues.

Person Specification
Essential:
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and COSHH.
- Ability to meet the physical mobility requirements of the role.
- NVQ Level 2 in Domestic Cleaning (or willingness to work towards).
Desirable:
- Previous cleaning experience.
