A reputable home care provider is looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to join their dedicated team supporting clients across Colchester and Suffolk.

Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality personal care and companionship to clients in their own homes.
Assist with daily living activities such as washing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication.
Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity at all times.
Travel between client locations in Colchester and Suffolk (driving licence required).
Maintain accurate records and report any concerns to the care team.
Build positive relationships with clients and their families to ensure consistent, compassionate care.
Requirements
Must be currently residing in the UK
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Right to work in the UK (sponsorship available for those who qualify)
A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential—full training provided
