We are seeking dedicated carers committed to making a genuine difference in the lives of vulnerable children and adults. This is a fixed-term role tied to a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS). Renewal is not guaranteed and will depend on performance, conduct, and business needs.
This role requires integrity, emotional resilience, and a strong moral compass. We are entrusting someone with lives that depend on consistency, safety, and ethical care.
Who Should Apply

- Drivers with a full UK licence

- You have no car and business insurance, MOT for at least 6 months

- You have ever manipulated clients for personal gain (e.g., coercion or deceit)

Carer Responsibilities
- Undergo reference checks and safeguarding screening
- Provide personal care with dignity (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
- Support adults/children with challenging behaviours using trauma-informed approaches
- Maintain accurate records and follow care plans
- Demonstrate excellent punctuality, time management, and reliability
- Follow uniform policy at all times
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, confidentiality, and professionalism
