Job Description
We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Entry-level Customer Care Agents to join our dedicated team. As an Intermediate Customer Service Representative, you will be crucial in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance.
You’ll interact with customers via [phone/email/chat], addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via [phone/email/chat] promptly and professionally.
Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / NCE or OND qualification
One year experience in customer service or a related field.
Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software/tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
