About the Role
This role will lead the delivery of Oxford’s Building Information Modelling (BIM) philosophy and digital asset data strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Championing the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar).
- Driving data quality, model compliance, and operational integration.
- Supporting digital project delivery and Smart Campus initiatives.
- Developing Power BI dashboards and defining asset information requirements.
- Training stakeholders and promoting best practices.
About You
We are seeking someone who:
- Has experience leading BIM implementation (ISO 19650).
- Understands Autodesk Revit and CDE platforms.
- Can develop reporting dashboards (Power BI).
- Has strong asset data management skills.
- Communicates technical information effectively.
Sponsorship and Right to Work
This role is eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. The University will cover visa and NHS surcharge costs for successful applicants requiring sponsorship.
