About the Role

The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital (NNUH) is seeking a highly skilled and confident Executive Business Manager to join our Corporate Office.

This is a high-profile role working alongside the Executive Managing Director (EMD) and Hospital Leadership Team (HLT). You will lead the EMD’s office, ensuring professional, proactive and responsive support across business and governance functions.

 responsibilities include:

  • Leading day-to-day operations of the Executive Office
  • Managing and supporting Business Administration Officers
  • Coordinating high-profile meetings, events, and VIP visits
  • Supporting business, governance, and project delivery for the EMD
  • Ensuring strong reporting and governance processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree-level education or equivalent experience
  • Advanced MS Office and digital communication skills
  • Strong project coordination and report writing skills
  • Experience managing senior-level diaries and correspondence
  • Ability to lead with NNUH PRIDE values: People-focused, Respect, Integrity, Dedication, Excellence
  • NHS or large public sector experience (desirable)
