Overview
Restore7 Ltd is recruiting female Rehabilitation Assistant / Care Workers for UK-based roles with full Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship. This is an excellent opportunity to join an interdisciplinary healthcare team supporting clients with complex neurological conditions in their homes and community settings.
You will work under the guidance of physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and speech & language therapists to help clients regain independence and improve their quality of life through rehabilitation and daily living support.
Responsibilities
- Assist in rehabilitation programmes alongside physiotherapists, OTs, and SLT professionals.
- Support clients with everyday activities such as mobility, shopping, and personal care.
- Encourage independence and active participation in daily routines.
- Record and report progress to the wider clinical team.
- Maintain accurate documentation in line with care plans.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a support or care role.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
- Must have own vehicle and a valid UK driving licence.
- Strong communication skills and commitment to quality care.
- English language proficiency preferred.
