Summary
Trust Homecare Solution Lincoln Limited is seeking compassionate and dedicated Female Home Care Workers to support individuals in their homes. Candidates with experience in senior care, dementia support, and hospice care are highly valued.

Key Duties
- Provide personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and occasional heavy lifting.
- Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs.
- Administer medication and monitor for side effects.
- Offer companionship and meaningful engagement.
- Support clients with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe environment.
- Document care and report changes to healthcare professionals.
- Conduct light domestic duties.
Qualifications
- UK Driving Licence (preferred)
- 1 year experience in home care or similar roles (preferred)
- Understanding of first aid and medication support
- Experience with dementia or hospice care is desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Physically fit for lifting and long periods of standing
- First aid or caregiving certificate (advantage)
- Willingness to travel frequently
