Female Support Worker – Quarriers (Ayr, South Ayrshire)
Location: Ayr, South Ayrshire
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time (20 or 30 hours available)

Join Quarriers Homelife Ayr Service, providing person-centred support to over 25 individuals across South Ayrshire living with physical or learning disabilities. Our goal is to help each person achieve their personal goals and live as independently as possible.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily living and housing support
- Assist individuals in accessing their community and educational activities
- Support vocational opportunities
- Contribute to planning, reporting, and reviewing care plans
- Build positive, trusting relationships with the people you support
Candidate Requirements
- Compassionate, reliable, and flexible
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Empathy and understanding for adults with additional needs
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Female applicants only (Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010)

Important Information
- Successful candidates must register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within 3 months of joining Quarriers.
- Interviews will be held on Wednesday, 5th November in Ayr.
