Finance and Business Analyst

Salary: £70,000 – £100,000 per year (pro rata)

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a finance-oriented, business-focused analyst who can bridge the gap between data and decision-making. You’ll partner with our CFO on strategic analysis projects that inform company-wide KPIs and uncover actionable insights to drive growth.
What You’ll Do
- Turn complex data into clear, actionable insights for leaders
- Build and maintain spreadsheets and dashboards to track performance
- Forecast outcomes using historical data and scenario analysis
- Partner with teams to design and implement meaningful KPIs
- Review our pricing model and provide data-driven recommendations to improve profitability
- Ensure data consistency, context, and clarity across reports
- Present findings through compelling visuals and narratives
- Work autonomously and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with senior stakeholders, including the C-suite, influencing decisions
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in both finance and commercial roles
- Natural curiosity and proactivity, spotting patterns, risks, and opportunities
- Knowledge of how strategies drive business success and experience with KPIs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to drive change, not just share insights
- Confidence in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
- Independent work ethic and ability to produce high-quality work on time
- Ideally, experience in subscription or recurring revenue models (SaaS, memberships, etc.)
Logistics
- Flexible hybrid work: 2–3 days onsite per week for full-time, 1 day per week for part-time
- Salary range reflects openness to different levels of experience
